Melanie A Lynn
Melanie A. Lynn has been a fitness enthusiast pretty much since she started walking. As a child, one did not have to look very far to see what she was up to. A quick glance in the yard, in the pool or on the soccer field and surely she would be there running or flipping about, usually with grass stained knees and tousled hair.
It’s no surprise that her passion for athleticism lead to her fitness career. Melanie’s unique methodologies in fitness training draw upon her extensive athletic background. Melanie was a collegiate cheerleader and after graduating went on to coach a division I cheerleading team for two years. She then auditioned for the NY Liberty Dance/Cheer team, The Torch Patrol, and has been cheering professionally since.
Her dynamic personality and love of the spotlight is undoubtedly what drew Melanie to fitness competitions. As a fitness competitor and key component of the HotBody Project, Melanie brings expert and unparalleled knowledge to her fitness training.
Melanie believes that fitness and nutrition patterns start with the family. Melanie is a lead instructor with nonprofit, FAN4Kids, an organization designed to combat childhood obesity. By teaching family planning tips to her clients, she hopes to break harmful nutritional cycles in children.
Melanie’s unique approach is designed specifically to challenge each individual to achieve maximum results. Her comprehensive program emphasizes strength training, cardio-vascular development, Pilates, functional training, core conditioning and plyometrics.
Melanie has been featured in Allure Magazine, Sofi’s Aftonbladet TV (Sweden’s #1 television personality on her show, which is Sweden’s answer to Entertainment Tonight… see the clip below) and body architect. She is frequently interviewed for her expert advice and opinions on the latest and relevant fitness information.
