The things you will not find on this site are shameless endorsements of products (I only reccomend products that I truly beleive in, and that I personally know to be healthy), tips on fad dieting ("fad" dieting is just that... a fad, if was truly a revolutionary diet, then it would be called a "lifestyle"), broad generalizations (everyone is different, and should have their own goals, and their own ways to go about acheiving them tailored to their lifestyles), and coddling (getting healthy and in shape is tough, and takes discipline... when you cheat... you're only cheating yourself, so don't look to others for sympathy).

The things you will find on this site are excercise tips and videos, tips on nutrition, quick healthy recipes, and other tid bits of advice to get you going in the right direction. You're doing this for yourself. You're doing this for your family. You're doing this to live longer; live healthier; to impress yourself, and inspire others.
